The In-Office Sales & Customer Care Coordinator will provide essential support across multiple areas of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences. This role combines administrative, operational, and customer service responsibilities. The position will serve as the main point of contact for inbound calls and customer inquiries, manage daily order coordination with our warehouse and fulfillment teams, assist with house accounts, and support territories without assigned account executives. Additionally, this person will assist in office organization, internal event coordination, and cross-departmental administrative support for the sales, marketing, education, and operations teams.
