Returns and Exchanges

  • DermaQuest must approve all returns or exchanges. Customer Care can assist with processing a return or exchange.
  • Unauthorized returns and exchanges will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If an order is received with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, DermaQuest should be notified within 7 days of delivery. Picture of the item is required to receive replacement.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method or an account credit.
  • Promotional and/or complimentary items must be returned with the product it was offered with for a full refund or exchange to be accepted.

Business to Business (B2B) Returns/Exchanges

  • DermaQuest will refund or exchange unopened, unmarked, and resalable items within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Direct to Consumer (D2C) Returns/Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Must be 80% full to receive refund or exchange credit. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
  • DermaQuest is not responsible for orders placed through a third party. Returns or exchanges must be handled through original point of purchase.

  • Business to Business Orders (B2B)
    • In the event of a client allergy or reaction, complete the Client Reaction Form with details of reaction, product Batch ID, and pictures to info@dermaquestinc.com. DermaQuest will offer a full refund, account credit, or product replacement once the product is received.
  • Direct to Consumer Orders (D2C)
    • In the event of any allergy or reaction, send details of reaction and pictures to customerservice@dermaquestclinical.com. DermaQuest will offer a full refund or product replacement once the product is received.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Contact DermaQuest to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions prior to returning any item. Every return must have an RMA number to be accepted.
