RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DermaQuest would like to thank you for your continued support. We stand behind our products and are committed to providing customers with the most effective and highest quality professional skin care products on the market.  In the event you are unsatisfied with your order or there is an error in shipping, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product purchased from DermaQuest. Your business is important to us and our Customer Care Team would like to give you 100% of their attention in dealing with these matters. For any questions or concerns, you can contact us here.

Important Information Regarding Returns

  • Prior authorization is required on all returns.
  • DermaQuest will refund and exchange unopened, unmarked, resalable items within 30 days of purchase.
  • We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the dermaquestclinical.com website. If you would like to return a product purchased from one of our authorized partners, please contact them directly regarding your return or exchange.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection. All printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.
  • Non-exchangeable or non-refundable items include discontinued items and returns due to color, texture, aroma, or sensation from active ingredients.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.
  • We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • We reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject returns or charges for the product and shipping & handling costs in cases that do not meet our return requirements or that otherwise indicate abuse of the return policy or violation of DermaQuest’s Terms and Conditions.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item in error or if an item arrives damaged, please contact DermaQuest within 72 hours of the delivery date to obtain a prepaid UPS label for the return of the product. Subject to item availability, a replacement will be sent to the customer within the next UPS collection. Failure to return the incorrect product to its original condition within 7 days of reporting will result in a charge to the customer’s account.

Client Allergy/Reaction:

Returns due to client reaction are eligible for refund or exchange. The following must be met prior to the return of the product:

  • Stop use of new product as soon as you get any kind of reaction and contact your Service Provider
    • A Client Reaction Form is submitted 
  • The product must be 95% full. 
  • Picture(s) showing visible skin reaction are submitted. Refund/Exchange will issued after the product is received and investigation is completed by DermaQuest.
