In the event you need to change or cancel an existing order, please contact a DermaQuest representative within one hour of submission.
DermaQuest offers a special price for licensed skincare professionals and students. Verification of licenses and proof of education is required. Offer only available through: www.dermaquestclinical.com
U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS
Please expect a processing time of 1-3 business days for your order in addition to the transit time.
DermaQuest ships to the contiguous United States via UPS Ground.
COMPLIMENTARY shipping is offered on all orders over $150. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico must ship for a fee of $25.
U.S. TERRITORIES AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, DermaQuest does not ship to U.S. territories or to international addresses.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING GUIDELINES
- Shipping is contingent on stock availability and payment authorization.
- DermaQuest does not guarantee same-day shipping.
- Shipping rates, sales tax and other fees will be calculated at checkout, if applicable.
- Orders are shipped on business days only and are not processed on weekends or on US federal holidays.
- DermaQuest is not liable for shipments once they have left the premises including items lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged during shipping.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 1-7 business days for shipping, depending on the shipping destination. UPS delivers Monday-Friday. If you have questions about shipping or tracking your order, our Customer Care Team is available to assist you from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. You can contact us here.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped through UPS Ground at a flat rate of $15.00. Shipping fees are waived on all orders over $750.
- DermaQuest prides itself on quick turnaround times. However, it can take up to 3 business days to process an order from the time of confirmation.
- DermaQuest is not liable for shipments once they have left the premises including items lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged during shipping.
Business to Business (B2B)
- Orders are shipped through UPS Ground at a flat rate of $9.99 and $15 for Alaska and Hawaii.
- Shipping fees are waived on all orders over $750.
- DermaQuest does not currently offer drop shipments.
Direct to Consumer (D2C)
- Orders are shipped through UPS Ground at a flat rate based on region. Shipping fees are waived on all orders over $150.
